When the Head of Security for South-East Prisons dies under a train after meeting Ruth, the team investigate a fire that happened at Cotterdam prison. It becomes clear that the report on Cotterdam is concealing the truth, but exposing what actually happened would implicate a member of MI5 for imprisonment.
