Reality TV star Gia Allemand passes away after an apparent suicide. The so-called "Bachelor Nation" is in mourning after the untimely death of one of the series' stars. Gia Allemand, who competed for Jake Pavelka's heart on the show's 14th season and later appeared on its spin-off series Bachelor Pad, passed away on Wednesday when she was taken off life support after an attempted suicide left her in critical condition. Fellow Bachelor cast members have taken to Twitter to express their sadness, including series host Chris Harrison. "It's with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our good friend Gia," he tweets. "She will be loved and missed by all who knew her." Our hearts go out to Gia's family, friends and fans -- may she rest in peace.
Oh my gosh, you guys. Did you know that Ben Flajnik and Courtney Robertson are in love? It’s true. They told us... again, this time through a little twitter teaser. A couple hours ago, Ben tweeted “Hey @bugrobertson is this a future wedding photo of the two of us? You look pretty great in a white dress my Dear. Hope this doesn't start any rumors :),” alongside a picture of Courtney looking ethereally beautiful in a white dress. And as for what Ben’s wearing?... http://feeds.wetpaint.com/~r/wetpaint/latest/excerpt/~3/cDXMMbjwKZ8/bachelor-ben-flajnik-and-courtney-robertson-are-totally-getting-married-soon-right-cute-pic-of-the-day
Say what you like about him, Bachelor Jake Pavelka is always good for “news of the weird” updates. Today’s Jake scoop involves a possible new girlfriend named Sarah Carroll. According to RadarOnline, Sarah is the female counterpart to the spoof couple “Sparah” in Virgin Mobile’s new ad campaign. Yes. She’s “famous” for playing half of a fake celebrity couple. Coincidence? http://feeds.wetpaint.com/~r/wetpaint/latest/excerpt/~3/cX1-0Gx96ng/hot-rumor-jake-pavelka-meets-new-girlfriend-at-playboy-mansion
Hollywood really is just like high school. Once you break up with someone, you have to go out of your way to avoid them in the hallways — or in this case, the clubs. That’s how it seems to be for Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi, who were briefly engaged after he chose her in The Bachelor Season 14 finale, but resulted in an ugly, public he-said-she-said split last summer.According to Hollywood Life, they were both at the Svedka Vodka’s Night of a Billion Reality Stars event on April 7 at... http://feeds.wetpaint.com/~r/wetpaint/latest/excerpt/~3/-0BnqmXsips/bachelor-jake-pavelka-flees-party-to-avoid-vienna-girardi-and-kasey-kahl
Here are the highlights from returning Bachelor Brad Womack's conference call from yesterday, in which reporters grilled him about feelings, very much in the same way that the women on The Bachelor will grill him about feelings on the first episode. He's getting good at this! Questions in bold. Brad's answers in non-bold. My commentary in italics. Good ol' slanting italics, like ready-made sarcasm. To Read More Click Here.
Although it's Brad Womack's second time around on The Bachelor, host Chris Harrison says it definitely won't be any easier for him. "There's a large group out there that's like, 'Screw this guy. I hope he falls on his face and gets what coming to him,' and he does," Harrison tells us. Womack, who dumped both DeAnna Pappas and Jenni Croft during his Season 11 finale, is back, and faces some skeptical contestants — and Pappas and Croft — during the Jan. 3 season premiere. But despite some of the animosity he initially feels, Harrison says it becomes an old-school kind of season — free of "crazy scandal." To Read More Click Here.
Talk about a quickie marriage! Just to reiterate he did make the right choice this time, former Bachelor Jason Mesnick married Molly Malaney Mesnick again on Sunday. The Mesnicks, who met on Jason's controversy-strewn Season 13, were first married on February 27, 2010 during a downpour in Ranchos Palos Verdes, California. The nuptials aired in March in a two-hour special called The Bachelor: Jason and Molly's Wedding. Less than 10 months after their first "I dos," they renewed their vows during this past weekend's Rock 'n Roll Las Vegas Marathon (check out pics from the event here!). According to Us Weekly, Jason and Molly were among the 60 running couples who made a pit stop near the 3-mile mark outside the Venetian hotel for a "Run Thru Wedding." Even in the express lane, wedding #2 still probably lasted longer than Jason's relationship with his former Bachelor chosen one, Melissa Rycroft. Anyway, congrats once again to the lovely couple. See you next year for a third renewal? Source Here
Gia Allemand has become something of a fairy godmother. Not only does she have suggestions on which Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants should hook up, she's working as a professional modeling consultant for Dream It Make It (DIMI), an agency that helps artists, models, musicians, athletes, actors, writers, and entrepreneurs make their names in the industry. Do you know this man, Brad Womack? In case you don't have already have a pitchfork with his name on it, he was giver of the roses on ABC's "The Bachelor's" 11th season and he's the breaker of Jenni Croft and DeAnna Pappas' hearts (and apparently every woman's in America as well) as he chose neither woman in the show's shocking finale. Don't let that smile fool you: He's the self-proclaimed "biggest jerk in America." To Read More Click Here.
