ABC may have officially named Ali Fedotowsky as the next Bachelorette but that hasn't stopped Bachelor winner Vienna Girardi from revealing her top choice. When one of her Twitter friends raved about fellow contestant Gia Allemand by saying, "she was a sweetheart on the show! she should've been the new bachelorette!...not Ali," Girardi replied and concurred. "I can't tell you how much I agree," Girardi tweeted. Nothing surprising here, though. Fans of The Bachelor witnessed the tension between Girardi and Fedotowsky on the show, ultimately resulting to Vienna's villainous reputation. "You don't see the things Vienna said to me. They were very hurtful," Fedotowsky said on the After the Final Rose special. To Read More Click Here .
What is "news"? Is it the relevant, insightful reporting and analysis of topics that affect our lives and our world? Or is it the drawn out, jazzed up re-purposing and presentation of tidbits about long-forgotten pop culture stars, presented by "journalists" who use words like 'haterade' and 'verklempt'? If you answered "I think it's that first one," well it's time for you to make an appointment with the eye doctor, because if you were seeing 20/20, you'd know that finding out how many women Bob Guiney slept with in 2003 is most certainly news, and "Did that one British Bachelor, I forget his name, get orthodontic work so that American women would kiss him on TV?" is a question that definitely needs delving into. Luckily, 20/20, ABC's premier newsertainment series, was there to answer these tough questions and more in their "Inside the Bachelor: Stories Behind the Rose" special last night. And, boy, did I learn a lot, and have so much fun learning it, too. "I hope you're not allergic to roses," host Chris Connelly literally said on air. Hahaha, somebody give this guy a Pultizer right now, because I am not allergic to roses, but I think I might be allergic to hard-hitting journalism. I feel a knowledge coma coming on! The actual ceremony took place at Terranea Resort on the coast of Rancho Palos Verdes, California on February 27 but ABC added some extra footage from the nuptials with the bride's preparation, wrapping it within two hours. Jason Castro serenaded the walk with "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" and later that day, an actual rainbow showed up. Rain started to pouring down when Molly said her vow. However, they continued with smile and by the end of the 15-minute ceremony, they were both soaked. They walked back down the isle to enter the indoor party accompanied by Castro singing "That's What I'm Here For". In the reception, guests were treated with candle-lit dinner organized by Jo Gartin of Love Luck and Angels. Gavin DeGraw was also present to sing "Follow Through". "Thanks to everyone for being so excited for us - we really appreciate the support!" Jason tweeted on Monday. Some items from Jason and Molly's wedding are up for auction on eBay. Jake Pavelka has come forward to deny that he contacted an ex-girlfriend after "The Bachelor" finished taping. A woman called to Steve Kramer's radio show "That Guy Kramer" on Island 106 in Panama Island, Florida, claiming Jake wanted to be with her despite being engaged to Vienna Girardi. "What I'm saying now has absolutely nothing to do with him and it has gotten so bad and enough people know that we were dating," the woman who called anonymously said in part of the interview. "He came to my hometown, met my family, met my friends and deceived everyone. And I feel like I'm forced to say something for the sole purpose of defending my honor." TMZ has identified the woman who called to the radio station as 24-year-old Tanya Douglas. A former flame of Jake, her picture kissing Jake has also been obtained. However, Jake put the rumor to rest, releasing a statement to ET, "The relationship with [the woman] was prior to 'The Bachelor,' it simply did not work out. There was no overlap with that or any other relationship during the show. It is unfortunate that people such as this are trying to financially capitalize on or disparage my incredible relationship with Vienna. I only wish everyone could be as happy for us as we are happy together." Source Here
