After a lengthy campaign of pointless phone calls to the basement, Douglas finally offers Jen a position as his Personal Assistant. She accepts the position, having recently realized she's wasting her life in the position she's in, which leaves the guys with free rein to wreak havoc in the basement. Douglas, however, spends the bulk of his time with Jen attempting to bed her.
