Kelly Bensimon's Playboy Pics Unraveled

41 years and two children later, Kelly Bensimon is still red hot on the front cover of Playboy. Her pictorials for the upcoming issue of the adult magazine have been shared in some quantity to several media outlets. The pictures which are mostly in red theme are spread in a six-page pictorial of the March issue. The pictures were shot by her ex-husband and famed fashion photographer Gilles Bensimon but it was purely her idea. "I've never posed naked before. And Gilles has never photographed for Playboy. I thought showing the real me through Gilles's eyes would look even better than the real me!" the star of "The Real Housewives of New York City" said to People. What Kelly wanted to portray in the pictures are the raw version of her, meaning drinking "beer" and eating "chicken wings for two weeks!" before the photo session started. She added to Us Magazine, "I wanted to show my real body, not some worked out, over-toned body." Hoping that Hugh Hefner would be proud of her, Kelly is also featured with a pillow and thigh-high Prada boots in the photo spread. Source Here

Report: Simon and Alex Kicked Out of 'Real Housewives of NYC'

Simon van Kempen and Alex McCord may be seen in the upcoming season of "The Real Housewives of New York City" but that may be as far as they go. The married couple reportedly is not returning for a fourth season because the executives feel they do not appeal as much as the other housewives. In other words, they are not asked back. "There are a ton of reasons they aren't being asked back," N.Y. Daily News quoted an insider as saying. "Viewers don't have a positive reaction to them, so they're easily replaceable at this point. Also, they don't really fit in with the other wives. All of the other women's story lines have interwoven, yet Alex and Simon have kept theirs separate. It isn't nearly as interesting as the other Housewives'." Another reason allegedly is a "hissy fit" thrown by Simon to Bravo when knowing that he was not paid as much as the other families. "Simon wants to be an equal on the show, but that doesn't really make any sense to Bravo," the insider said. "After all, he's not a 'Real Housewife,' now is he?" Bravo indeed had searched for two new housewives for the NYC edition. The cable found Sonja Morgan, a former model, and Jennifer Gilbert, an event organizer to join the original cast in the fourth season. However, Bravo has also released a statement regarding the dismissal of Simon and Alex, insisting "no details have been released about next season". Simon himself said, "We have not had any discussions regarding a fourth season." Meanwhile, the third season begins March 4 with Alex, LuAnn de Lesseps, Bethenny Frankel, Kelly Bensimon, Ramona Singer and Jill Zarin on board. "In the upcoming season, Alex picks a lot of fights, and it looks like it's an attempt to keep her story line relevant," the insider added. "But it ended up seeming inauthentic." Source Here

'Housewives' Bethenny Frankel confirms pregnancy

Like any proper mother-to-be, Bethenny Frankel wanted to wait to announce her pregnancy only after she passed the safe zone in her gestation. Too bad gossip blogger Perez Hilton outed her health status first. "I'm pregnant," Frankel, 38, tweeted Tuesday, linking to the full announcement in People. "I had to be true w u but was unfairly forced to come forward early." The Real Housewives of New York City star said it was "premature" to tell people the news, but had to respond to the rumor with the truth. "I am praying everything is okay but I don't know that yet." "It's not like, 'Did I get Botox?' It's not the way I wanted it to get out," she says. "I haven't even gone through my first trimester. We haven't even heard the heartbeat. My [fiancee's] parents didn't even know." Since both Frankel and Hoppy are 38, she admits they weren't always careful about birth control since she wanted to get her family underway. They plan to wed before the baby is born. "Because of my age, it's not like I was going to meet a boy, and then be engaged for a year and then be married for a year before we started trying [to have kids] ... I'd be 45." Mazel tov, Bethenny! And boo to Perez! Source Here

Now that The Real Housewives of New York City has officially started filming, it's time to unveil the newbies who will be joining old timers Bethenny Frankel, Kelly Bensimon, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, Alex McCord, Ramona Singer and Jill Zarin for the third season of the Bravo reality show airing next year. She does, however, have something to say about newbie Sonja. "We have a mutual friend, and I remember meeting her. So bring it on. I'm excited for new women if that's the case," Bethenny Frankel told Source Here
