The Countess is the topic of Ramona and Bethenny's conversation in the Hamptons, and Jill arrives at Alex and Simon's Brooklyn home to offer renovation pointers. Meanwhile, Bethenny reaches out to LuAnn during a lunch---but the results may be hard to swallow.
