This episode is so good...i mean i im goin through the same thing im 3 months pregnet with a boys baby thats thinksa that every thing is bout makin love.....and i just want to talk to some one i go through alot of things im 16 and havin a baby but at the same time im goin to be a good mother and hes goin to be a good father... oh he loves me sometimes so if u want to talk hit me up....and im a christian so it was pure pressure

Im glad you have a good bf whos staying with you through it all. But because youre a christian you cant say you gave in to peer pressure. You have to take some of the responsibility. You gave into temptation. Your will overpowered your holy spirit. Stay in church. This baby is going to be a blessing. But stay encouraged. Pray and talk to God daily because it wont be easy.

Yeah and I'm sure you've never been in love either... You've never even kissed a guy. It sounds like a good plan, but what's the point? Try to find one guy that is going to wait until marriage and has been in love. Not very easy. It won't happen. So, what is the point of waiting when you're future soul mate isn't going to wait too?
Actually... I do have a boyfriend... And I love him with all my heart. And he has been waiting patiently for me for three years... He also has never kissed anyone and has the same standards and commitments as me. And we both have taken things very very slow cause we want to make sure that we are doing the right thing cause I do not wanna get emotionally attached to someone if we aren't gonna stay together. And yes our commitments are hard to keep but he is so careful about honoring me and protecting my heart that he makes it o so much easier to keep our promise...So yea we are both waiting...
Okay so where do I start on my opinion... Alright I think sex outside of marriage is wrong. Now I'm not saying your going to hell if you have I'm just saying personally I think we should wait... I know that it is hard but not impossible to wait. Man I just think of how special it will be when on my wedding night I know that this guy I married saved himself for me and me for him. And I wanna say how awesome I think it is of all the teenaged moms out there who stuck it out and kept their babies even though it got hard! And yes it is possible to stay a virgin til marriage and yes its hard and not easy. Especially when everyone around you is making fun of you. People say have safe sex but why? I think safe sex is no sex. At least until your married. And its not impossible to wait I say once again. I am very proud to say that I have not had sex and I will not til I'm married and I have never even kissed a guy or been kissed before. So thats my stand on it...

This is the best show in the world. It really sucks that we have to wait until January 2009 for the new season. But I bet it will be great to see it come back.

I kinda know what she is oging through.
My mom & dad are in prison .
and i have to take care of my 2 little sisters.
And I have a boyfriend.
so its really hard.
But as for this show.. there should be more shows that deal with every day issues that teens come across without all the glamour that some shows like to add to spice it up a bit.. shows should have the hard core details of what really goes on with these type of issues. And to let kids know what kind of help is really out there for them if they do find themselves dealing with it themselves. And how to talk to their parents about what is really going on with them. So many shows try to play off sex, drugs, alcohol etc etc as every day normal activity when in reality all of them can lead into serious trouble.

Okay so first off, I must admit, the acting in this show is pretty terrible. But the theme of the show is quite addicting, so I really enjoy the show anyways.
I think that Amy and Ben are an awful couple. Ben is way to pushy and he's just awkward. Amy really doesn't act like she likes him that much. I think she's with him more because she doesn't want to be alone in her situation and he's really nice to her. But its obvious that she doesn't love him. And I think Ben only wants to marry her because of the baby, not because he's in love with her. I think he just likes the idea of having a family.
Ricky is a pig. He uses his past as an excuse to get people to feel sorry for him, and he takes advantage of that. I think that he's going to end up taking advantage of Grace and she's going to freak out and regret it. I think that he's only pretending to care about Amy and his baby, because it makes him look better, but really, he doesn't care at all. I think Amy and Ricky would make a horrible couple because Ricky is an insensitive jerk.
I also personally think that the writers aren't doing a very good job of telling teens that sex is bad, as that is the obvious theme their aiming for in this show. It doesn't make any sense. Henry and Alice have sex, but then they're having problems, so they have more sex? And it shows Adrian and Ricky constantly having sex, with no consequenses there. Then Amy wanting to have more sex? Whats up with that? And she only wants to do it because Ben is so nice to her and she thinks thats what he wants. So pretty much this show is based upon sex. It only shows one downside to it too, Amy's pregnancy. But since that is pretty much worked out, the parents are okay with it, she has her friends still, and she has Ben, what other downsides are there to it, if everything is working out? I think the writers should throw in someone getting an STD. Cause those are a major downside to sex that not many people consider.

OH MY GOSH!! Ricky is a freakin pig!! He is such a lier! If he and Amy get together in the second season I'm gonna be so mad. annd they make Grace out to be a weirdo! I'm a proud Christian and I don't act like that. These people REALLY should have done some research before the started filming... I mean really.
BTW---Shawn wasn't as bad as I thought she would be. I mean, she didn't have much of a part to work with here.

Ricky IS a pig but i dont think him and Amy will get together in the second season. i think Ricky will rush things with Grace too fast and they won't last long. It's just a show there's supposed to be drama that doesnt make sence.
Shawn may not have had much of a part but she could have put a little emotion into it.

Ugh! Shawn could have done SO MUCH better. She wasn't good at all! It wasn't MUCH to work with, but even I could have done better. It was sooooo . . . . robotic.

If you remember in the first episode, Ben was talking to Alice and Henry about needing a girlfriend or sex or something (Grace Bowman to be precise) and they talked him into getting someone more his league, and specifically picked Amy out, as a "practice" girlfriend. Well, I foresee perhaps somehow Amy finds out she was originally picked out for a test run for Ben, and breaks up with him, regardless of how Ben has fallen in love with her.
Now i know just because you are in therapy it doesn't mean you are crazy. But high scholl students are jerks and say that just to make the person feel bad right? Thats why everyone was running around school saying ricky is crazy. teenagers associate mental problems with therapy.

THIS IS A CUTE SHOW BUT IT DOESN'T GIVE YOU A REAL UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT IT IS LIKE TO BE A TEENAGE PARENT. MY PARENTS FLIPPED WHEN I GOT PREGNANT AT 16. FOR THE FIRST THREE MONTHS MY MOTHER WANTED TO KILL ME. I HAVE TO ADMIT THAT I WISH I WOULD OF WAITED TIL I WAS OLDER TO HAVE SEX. I LOOK BACK NOW AND I CAN SEE THAT I WASN'T READY TO HAVE A BABY THAT YOUNG. I WAS MUCH MORE PREPAIRED AND KNEW WHAT I WAS GETTING INTO WHEN I HAD MY DAUGHTER AT AGE 24. I KEEP THINKING THAT I WILL BE ONLY 32 WHEN MY SON IS 16. I DON'T WANT TO BE A YOUNG GRANDMOTHER. um no honey times hasnt changed that much and everyones parents isnt like yours.most parents arent that easy when their daughter gets pegnant at a young age.first of all there shouldnt be a lot of girls getting pregnant at a young age to make what you call common.as a matter of fact getting pregnant at an early age is not common because if it was every girl would get pregnant young and thats not happening. only less than a half of the girls in the world gets pregnant young. i dont know who told u that is was common but somebody lied 2 u.

please don't take this offensive in anyway what so ever, you said that ur parents should be understanding and i agree on that 100%.The thing i don't agree with you on is that you said girls are getting pregnant and parents should get used to that and be understanding. I think that parents should be understanding not because many girls are getting pregnant, but because even though you may hate them at times, they still love you no matter.
