Most people may not know that  Michael Jackson  didn’t sing the birthday song to Lisa when he guest-starred on  The Simpsons  in 1991. TV Ratings: Billboard Music Awards up from 2010, CBS wins in total viewers

Fast national ratings for Sunday, May 22, 2011.ABC won the target demo last night, on the final Sunday of the season, with the 2011 Billboard Music Awards featuring a show-stopping performance from Beyonce and, of course, that Justin Bieber/Selena Gomez kiss that has teenyboppers rending their garments across the nation. The show's ratings were up 7% from last year's.On NBC, the "Celebrity Apprentice" finale had a significant boost from last week's episode, rising over 15% in total viewers, while FOX's Animation Domination finales were lower than the last original episodes of their respective series. CBS broadcast "Jesse Stone: Innocents Lost," and though it helped to win the night for CBS in total viewership, it didn't win in the target demo.Overall, CBS averaged 12.1 million viewers and scored a 7.8 rating/13 share in households. ABC followed with 7.4 million and a 4.3/7 share, with NBC in third (6.4 million, 4.0/6) and FOX (4.5, 2.6/4) in fourth....

Ned Flanders Finds Love in an Unexpected Place on 'The Simpsons' (VIDEO)

On the season finale of 'The Simpsons' (Sun., 8PM ET on FOX), Ned Flanders found unlikely love in the arms of Edna Krabappel after saving her life. Considering her background boozing and sleeping around with the men of Springfield. Conversely, Ned told her, "I'm a little uncomfortable with premarital sex. But I think if we hold off for awhile, you'll find I'm well worth the wait." Krabappel agreed to be patient on the romance side, but the pair agreed that kissing was all right. Where it gets fun is in determining what happens next. All summer long, fans get to log into the show's official site and vote for whether or not "Nedna" will stay together. Overall, CBS averaged 12.4 million viewers and scored a 7.0 rating/11 share in households. ABC followed with 8.9 million and a 5.5/9 share, with NBC in third (5.5 million, 3.4/5) and FOX (4.9, 2.7/4) in fourth. Episode Synopsis:  When the Simpsons  discover a collection of keys to every door in Springfield, Lisa stumbles upon an eerie hidden classroom beneath Springfield Elementary School. When she shares her discovery with Principal Skinner, the secret  room mysteriously disappears and he takes the only key away. While Homer was busy with hair salon shenanigans on 'The Simpsons' (Sun., 8PM ET on FOX), a much sweeter B-story was proving far more compelling. Rejected by Lisa once again, Milhouse surprised perhaps himself most of all when a cool girl from school was interested in him. Played by Kristen Schaal, Taffy proved to be too keen an observer of human behavior. When Lisa interrupted a moonlight evening of romance between the new couple, Taffy laid it on the line. "You're a great guy but we're not gonna work out for one reason," she told Milhouse. "It's because you'll always be in love with her."
