Cafferty and Baylock realize the Threshold detainees must be moved immediately to a more secure facility in West Virginia when a prisoner infects a security guard, breaks the infected prisoners out of their cells, and is recaptured. During the move, the convey of prisoners is ambushed and almost lost. The team learns Manning is training a terrorist cell, and Lucas is confined to med lab with brain stem changes.
