This is a spolier...I know who the killer is , its.....

.................................................................................................................................. ...................................................................................... ........................................................................................... ....................................................................................... its Rene.....Arlene's boyfriend and Jason's friend. He belongs to a fundamentalist church that hates vamps. Also, here's a clue from the show, not the books. Hoyt and Rene knew that Gram was dead even before Jason did! They gave Jason their condolences on his loss, and he didn't even know she was dead. That was a big red flag for me, and made me suspect them immediately. he killed his little sister because she was with a vamp. He killed Maudette and Dawn for the same reason. He kills Sookies Gran because he was waiting for Sookie to return home after the DGD meeting. In the book Jason finds out about his Grandmother and slaps Sookie but, in the show it looks like he chokes her. Bill to the rescue!!! And the plot thickens. Arlene is upset of course and turns to Hoyt for comfort and they both become members of FOTS. And of course thiers another body to be found..dundundun.. in Andy Belfleurs car

Book reports

People, please stop telling the rest of us how the show's gonna go because you've read the books; ur ruining it for everyone. I, for one, am too scared to read anything posted here fearing a spoiler attack! and i know i'm not the only one... thanks

Is there an episode 7 promo out yet?

Just curious if they showed a promo for episode 7 after the show. If so, can someone post a link?

For those who have read the books!(spoliers)

We all know how sookie and bills relationship turns out, at least to the point charlaine harris has gotten us. I have heard that Allan Ball is going to base the next season developing their relationship, yes brilliant idea, I wonder though. For those of us who have gotten through book six, the conversation that takes place between bill, sookie, and eric. Im sure you know which one. Do you really think it is a good idea to devote a season to their relationship? I know what is was like for me reading the books, hoping they would be together and than this major revelation. Now I dont even know who to root for, im sure that is what mrs. harris was going for. So my questions, how did you feel about where the books have brought the story, and do you think it is a good idea to devote a season to sookie and bill?

Pilot- Stange Love

Did anyone notice how in the pilot that was aired again with the new character playing Tara, that some of the scenes were cut differently and others were actually shown. (The ones with Bill outside Sookies window and following) It changes the scope of the show quite a bit. Especially the cut of the gaurdian/cloaked figure in the woods while Sookie was saving Bill. Before it was almost as if that person was controlling the chains and everything while now it's Sookie. Also it takes them out of the running for killer, which is a little strange since that seemed like a likely candidate.

The Books & Tv Show

After watching the first few episodes i am really interested in reading the books but don't want to spoil the up coming episodes. How far does the first book go? Does it cover most of what has happened or is there still more to come. Really loving this show and can't wait for the next episode!

Can anyone confirm number of episodes in season one?

I have been doing some sniffing around online and I have found references where it is posted there is 10-12 episodes in season one. One of the sites even info all the way up to episode 8 but none are listed after 6 on sidereel, does anyone offically know how many episodes are in season one?

I love this show as much as everyone else but

I think they need to give us a bone on this murder business cuz it seems to me like they are killing off ALL of the characters. I'm just tired of everyone dying and no one knowing ANYTHING about who did it...not gender, class or species...I mean damn I might have to stop watching it cuz that's just pissing me off.

Hottest Vampires ever!!

I though that Angel and Spike from Buffy the Vampire Slayer were the hottest vamps out there. Well Bill Compton from True Blood blows them both out of the water. Does any one else agree, lol ??? :)

I couldnt wait so I bought and read Charlaine Hariss books!

...and it's going to be so madly interesting! and the show really stick to the book, except something strange, Anna Paquin is even a better Sookie than the original one !!!
