Tonight's TV Hot List: Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2009 - Featured

* Scrubs (9/8c ABC) J.D. returns to Sacred Heart to take a med-school teaching gig as the retooled sitcom kicks off its ninth season. Instead of focusing on life in the hospital, the show now follows J.D., Turk, Cox, Kelso and intern Denise as they work with a new batch of wannabe doctors. Three fresh faces - Kerry Bishe, Michael Mosley and Dave Franco - have joined the cast as the core group of young students. Another episode follows at 9:30/8:30c. * Britian's Missing Top Model (9/8c BBC America ) Unconventional beauties get a chance to launch modeling careers in this new British import that challenges the stereotypes of the fashion industry. In the series opener, eight women with various disabilities begin vying for a contract and a spread in Marie Claire. Hopefuls include Debbie, a 19-year-old who lost her right arm in a bus accident; Kellie and Lillie, who are both deaf; and Sophie, who's paralyzed from the chest down. * Victoria's Secret Fashion Show (10/9c CBS) There are two reasons to tune in for tonight's annual lingerie showcase. One, obviously, is to watch sexy supermodels Alessandra Ambrosio, Miranda Kerr, Doutzen Kroes and Marisa Miller strut down the runway with little on. The other reason is to see the Black Eyed Peas. Fergie, william and Co. are the only music act on the show. All in all, it adds up to a lot of Boom Boom Pow! * Sons of Anarchy (10/9c FX ) "We're going to kill you," Jax said to Zobelle last week. There was a certainty in his voice, and the threat came at the end of an episode in which SAMCRO lined up its ducks nicely, getting the upper hand on both Agent Stahl and the white supremacists. Tonight's the season finale: Let's see if Jax, Clay and Co. actually do it. Zobelle is in jail, remember, but then Unser's the jailer. Still, a lot can happen in 90 minutes - and if Zobelle does die, he isn't likely to be the only one. Source Here
