Rarely has the Florentines been this lustrous after one another! In Florence where everybody is thinking of it- even the most virtuous virgins, the Lovely Pampinea (Barton) is the most wanted of all. One that dreams of this beauty is Lorenzo (Christensen) a poor man, with luck on his side -until he defeats Gerbino de la Ranza (Roth) in a game of cards, after that he is wanted for his life -fleeing the city he finds refuge in a convict with surprisingly horny nuns. In the meantime when Pampinea's parents die, she is forced to run away, as Gerbino is trying to blackmail her into marriage. While she waits for her betrothed, a Russian count she has never met, she hides in the convict. Only to discover Lorenzo working there as a gardener and being extremely popular.
