This show is meant to help people who can't dress themselves properly. Friends and family of the fashionably unstable submit them to the show with 2 weeks of secret videotape footage of them in their ugly clothes. They get surprised by Stacy and Clinton, and if they accept, they are given a credit card with $5,000 and some general guidelines on what type of clothes they should look for. In then end, they are also given a makeover (hair and makeup).
