When Alex performs a spell in an attempt to vanish Justin’s new zit she instead brings it to life and Justin is stuck with it just before attending the school dance. At first the zit proves to be helpful by serving in a Cyrano capacity as Justin tries to impress his date Miranda but when it begins to insult people, Alex arrives in time to turn it back into a plain old zit on Justin’s forehead.
