The Guys

Season 3 (Began April 15, 2008)

Bravo's successful series "Work Out," returns to follow the professional and personal life of Jackie Warner, elite trainer and owner of Sky Sport & Spa in Beverly Hills, CA. Everything inside of her leading penthouse fitness facility is visually impressive, including the state-of-the-art equipment and the most attractive staff of trainers in the city. "Work Out" examines how these people work and play together, inside and outside the gym. The one-hour docu-series will make viewers sweat as conflict, drama and emotional turmoil arise as the trainers strive to keep their valuable clients happy, their personal lives afloat, and meet Jackie's infinite demands.

This season, not only will Warner make giant strides in her business with the launch of new ventures from fitness and weight loss programs to completely new products released by Jackie, such as her Perfect Shake and Perfect Bar performance and energy supplements as well as new clothing line TEN, but also in her private life as she juggles relationships and undergoes therapy. The docu-series follows the trainers as they go through challenging times this season: a new trainer joins Sky Sport; relationships between two trainers creates tension among the staff; and everyone experiences the bittersweet taste of success as Sky Sport takes off.

Warner's trainers live by the same "work hard, play hard" philosophy that she does and "Work Out" will follow the new and familiar faces as they live, learn and love inside and outside of Sky Sport & Spa.

In the first and second seasons Jackie Warner was reeling from a breakup with her toxic girlfriend, Mimi, and the unexpected death of one of her beloved trainers, Doug Blasdell. She also came to terms with her father's suicide and made strides in reconciling with her conservative mother, who does not approve of Warner's lesbian lifestyle. All the while she was juggling the increasing demands of her business and building her new Skylab venture, a high-end spa/fitness experience for overweight clients who want to change their minds, bodies, and overall health. This season the series follows Warner as she takes on even bigger challenges with Skylab and continues to build Sky Sport & Spa with her new team of trainers.

Working Out

In her personal life, Warner has settled into domestic bliss with her new girlfriend, Brianna, and now claims that her Saturday nights are spent curled up with her sexy gal. Back at the gym, the conflict and drama of Sky Sport & Spa escalates with the introduction of four dynamic new trainers to the family - Jesse Jordan, Agostina Laneri, Greg Plitt and Renessa Williams. The hot new trainers bring out the insecurities in Warner's longtime trainers - Jesse Brune, Gregg Butler, Rebecca Cardon, Erika Jacobson and Brian Peeler - who strive to stay in Warner's good graces and keep their valuable clients happy. The veteran trainers are still up to the same dramatic antics and Warner must deal with Cardon's jealousy over her new relationship and her increasingly antagonistic relationship with Peeler. Also, this season a surprise romance develops between two of the trainers.

Jackie Warner Biographical Information

Jackie

Jackie Warner (b. August 17, 1968, in Fairborn, Ohio) is an American fitness trainer best known for her participation in the Bravo reality show Work Out. She owns Sky Sport and Spa, a gym and spa in Beverly Hills, California. She is also a well known lesbian.

Warner moved to California at the age of 18. She founded and co-owned a company in the cellular phone industry and by the age of 22, this company was the third top-grossing cellular phone company in Southern California. She has worked as a model, actor, and a script coordinator for Warner Brothers, eventually writing and selling her own scripts.

Warner is currently a professional personal trainer. Athletic from an early age, Warner played inter-collegiate soccer and softball, and has been a lifelong equestrian competitor. She opened her first gym, Lift. In 2004, Warner opened Sky Sport and Spa. On July 19, 2006, the Bravo network aired the first episode of Work Out. The reality show's first season followed Warner's daily routine, giving a behind-the-scenes look at how Warner runs her day-to-day business, juggles her personal life with then girlfriend Milenna (Mimi) Saraiva, and deals with her employees' personal issues.

On March 18, 2007, Bravo launched a second season of "Work Out," where it continues to show Warner handling her personal life and controversial relationship with employee Rebecca Cardon, launching a new business venture, integrating a new trainer (Gregg Butler) into the mix, and dealing with the sudden death of trainer Doug Blasdell.

There was much debate over her relationship with Rebecca, whom she began to casually date during the filming of the second season late 2006. In April 2007, Jackie stated during the Work Out "Reunion" show that due to the attention they have received, the relationship was to be kept private until decided otherwise

Jackie Warner, fitness expert, gym owner, television star and entrepreneur, instills passion into every aspect of her life. Fitness has always been a part of her life; as an accomplished childhood equestrian to collegiate athlete, Jackie built a strong base of experience and knowledge in both exercise and nutrition.

Jackie & Her Mom

From a small town, Midwestern girl, to a self made millionaire by age 22, Jackie used her need for excellence and passion for creativity to become driven and diligent within the world of business. She found her first calling in the fitness industry while working as a writer for Warner Brothers. "I realized I had a much stronger purpose when I successfully turned a co-colleagues life around through diet, counseling and training. I was hooked and decided then and there to change career direction completely." Wasting no time, Jackie began revolutionizing the fitness industry by being one of the first to offer medical treatments within her multi-discipline wellness center in Beverly Hills called Lift. She also pioneered the concept of incorporating exercise therapy into traditional medical insurance plans.

Jackie's next endeavor was Sky Sport & Spa, a sports medicine and fitness club in Beverly Hills which she founded in 2002. Expanding on the multi-discipline concept, Jackie offers members personal training, nutritional counseling, chiropractic care, exercise classes and physical therapy all within a glass-enclosed penthouse space featuring a breathtaking 360 degree view of Los Angeles.

Clients weren't the only people inspired by Jackie. Bravo's television network hired Jackie to be the star of her own reality series, entitled Work Out. The show launched in 2006 with rave reviews, offering the audience a glimpse inside Jackie's professional and personal life. On April 15th, 2008 the third season began, which Jackie has nicknamed "Full Circle", as a result of her own personal struggles and triumphs that she encounters.

Work Out was also the perfect outlet to introduce SkyLab, Jackie's all-inclusive life-changing camp designed for overweight clients. "Come stay with me for a week and I will change your body, your mind and your life!" SkyLab offers a controlled atmosphere in which guests make serious commitments to intense exercise and a sugar-free diet. SkyLab clients also undergo therapy to help understand their challenges and set goals, as well as extensive teaching seminars on how to live in the real world. Jackie also believes that a strong support network is a crucial factor in successful weight loss and she encourages SkyLabbers to forge bonds with one another after they have completed the program.

In addition to Sky Sport & Spa, Work Out and SkyLab, Jackie designed her own line of workout wear also called SkyLab Brands, which launched in 2007 nationwide at Paiva stores and contracted for sales at Home Shopping Network in 2008. "I couldn't find exercise clothes that looked trendy, felt comfortable and allowed me to leave the gym and go out for lunch or meet friends after work. I use ultra soft, pima cotton for ultimate comfort coupled with fun edgy graphics inspired by my Los Angeles lifestyle."

Jackie's Work Out DVD will hit the shelves on May 20th, 2008 ($14.98)! Jackie states, "The DVD is unique in that the workout truly mimics a personalized one-on-one training session with me. Function, Form, and Fatigue are the goals and the format is highly personalized, so that viewers feel as if they were right here at Sky Sport training!" Another one of Jackie's endeavors include the introduction of her own protein shake and energy bar - both low in sugar and calories. With all this in the works, Jackie is a role model for multi-tasking.

Jackie's newly redesigned website (www.JackieWarner.com) is the ideal headquarters for viewing her many projects and passions. The website provides comprehensive fitness and nutrition information, along with the opportunity to create customized workouts. The online store will sell all of Jackie's workout wear, exercise DVDs, protein shakes and energy bars, among other fitness accessories. Jackie Warner has raised the bar for wellness and continues to pioneer new concepts in fitness and nutrition.
