An Israeli Counter Terrorist soldier (Adam Sandler) fakes his death so he can move to New York and become a hair stylist. The film takes place in midtown New York City. During the movie, a few Arab cab drivers find out that Zohan is an Israeli Counter Terrorist soldier and try to kidnap him. The movie also features a professional footbag (popularly known as "hacky sack") tournament.

You Don't Mess with the Zohan is a 2008 comedy film. The story was written by Adam Sandler, Judd Apatow, and Robert Smigel and will be directed by Dennis Dugan. It's the story of a Mossad agent that fakes his death so he can re-emerge in New York City as a hair stylist. Sandler's production company Happy Madison will produce the film, and Sony Pictures Entertainment will distribute the film.
