Get the Sopranos on DVD...for $400 Big Ones

Beginning November 11, the complete The Sopranos is being released on DVD.

The set will consist of 30 discs, including 2 discs of extras.

It also comes with a rather hefty price tag...$400.

   why is it that the sopranos dvds cost so much more than other season dvd collections?

   HBO series always have a heftier price tag...just because they can, I guess (and also probably because the shows themselves were more expensive to produce).

   Eventually they go on sale (like Sex and the City is waaay cheaper now than it used to be)...but if you check out the DVDs for other major HBO shows - if they aren't on sale - the starting prices are all quite high!
