Chuck Bartowski = Seth Cohen??
I dont know if its just me, but Chuck's character really reminds me of Adam Brody as Seth Cohen in the OC. They're both tall, have dark curly hair, are slightly awkward, sarcastic and go out with Rachel Bilson at some point in time. Chuck and the OC also have the same Producer and creator.... are they trying to recreate Seth Cohen in a different environment???

i do think they look alike, now that you mention it :)
you know, whenever i watched chuck i always felt like he reminded me of someone and i just couldnt figure out who it was...and i think u just made it clearer for me...so thank you!
Omg , that is exactly what I thought when I watched the show
I miss Chuck. What a surprisingly good show.

Omg! I never even realised that the two were alike though I doubt that it was on purpose. One of the producers might have noticed and suggested Rachel Bilson or something as a small joke but it's very unlikely that anyone meant Chuck and Seth to be alike.
I thought about that the very first episode I saw, the person who created the O.C. is the same person who created Chuck, so my theory is the part was originally created with the hopes of Adam Brody playing the part however since he started to make movies instead they had to change direction but still left the character in the same vein, and casted someone who ahs a very similar style as Adam Brody
That's interesting, king231510 you say maybe they were looking to put Adam Brody in the role! I think they're a lot alike, but I feel like I'm glad they didn't... though I'm sure I would have loved it if I'd come to know it with him. I think Zachary Levi is awesome and there are certain elements he brings to the part that we would've missed out on with Adam Brody, as I'm sure there are some aspects we may be missing with Levi instead of Brody. Great post and comments - fun to think about and makes me excited to get Chuck back!
this gives me something to think about.. i never really watched OC, not even a single episode. so maybe i'll pick it up and start really watching it this time
