Series 4 Finale to be 65 minutes
According to a review given over at the SyFy Portal, the final episode, Journey's End, is 65 minutes in length - apparently longer than the first two Christmas specials.

Oh yeah, it better be! This is sooo gonna rock, I can't even wait 9 hours and 20 minutes for it!!! This is gonna be... the most epic thing in Doctor Who history!
