But the thing is...
Hasn't Daleks always been in Doctor Who?
Isn't it an essential part/enemy?
They were always something that represented DW....

Well, we all know that anything is possible in this series. Rose was sealed away in the other universe 'forever' and yet she returned. Rose erased the Daleks from time and space, and yet they returned.
If the writers want to bring the Daleks back, they will.
toddyboy is right, everybaddie in doctor are 'wiped out' some return, some dont. Why it works, full of time traveling surprises. Who knows a darlek or 5 could of 'EMERGENCY TEMPORAL SHIFT' as they shout. :) lets hope so!
Daleks will always be part of Doctor Who. But personally i would like to see the battle between time lords and Daleks that will be awesome.
I agree, I don't think the daleks are gone for good. I mean, we thought they were all killed after 'time vortex Rose' vapourised them all, and then after they were sucked into the void, almost everyone thought they were gone for good then and they still came back. I think the Daleks will stick around until the end of Doctor Who itself. If Doctor Who ever ends (knock on wood and god forbid!), the Daleks will probably be the very last enemy the Doctor faces because they're so epic and are his greatest foe. And I agree with betaman, it would be cool if they brought the time lords back too, like maybe if some escaped the war and colonised or something. That'd be awsome.
No, I don't think so! I mean they are DALEKS, they are the #1 'bad guy' of Doctor Who.
Exactly as toddyboy says - they'll bring them back somehow.
Actually, we didn't see Davros die exactly. He might have somehow survived - and could recreate the Dalek race all over again?
Russel Davies said in DW condfidential that he 'doesn't know' whether Davros lived or survived. Clearly that could be manipulated into Davros surviving somehow --> more Daleks!
