Review
This is hillarious, charming and querky fun a lá Whedon.
Great choice of actors, twisted characters, the villain thats supposed to be the bad guy, turns out to be rather nice and on the other hand, the so called hero is a total arrogant and selvish bloke, the real villain.
And THE SINGING , OMFG, did I mention THE SINGING yet. That NPH has talent in using his voice we knew, but our Captain Tightpants, Mr. Nathan Fillion, never imagined. He is great in hi self-mockery.
After just one day already at the No 1 spot in i-tunes tv-section sales, altough the whole thing is also available for free for the next 5 days. This proves that people are actually still willing to pay for creativity and art.
And by the way, this might be historic times, as this new way of distribution might change the business of TV studios and movie companies forever. Who needs them if you have loads of fans on the net, willing to pay lets say 10 $ months to see their favourite tv show still running, even if its only on the net, who cares.
TV excecutives should be alarmed as this might the business model for the future, specially keeping in mind what those sappy "decision makers" did to Firefly and others. With this way of distribution we don´t need no tv stations any more, nore those excecutives in their ivory towers.
We can do the impossible and that makes us mighty.
