Vince Vaughn's Wild West Comedy Show Review, by John Anderson of Washington Post

In using his celebrity powers for good, actor Vince Vaughn doesn't endorse candidates, adopt foreign-born babies or rowboat around New Orleans. He takes four comedians on a tour of the southern and central United States, exposing their talent, creating goodwill and giving us a glimpse of some funny guys and the mechanics of stand-up comedy.

There are moments of performing brilliance in "Vince Vaughn's Wild West Comedy Show: 30 Days, 30 Nights -- Hollywood to the Heartland"; there is enough intimacy with the characters that we care about what happens. And there are a few gripping moments when everything seems ready to go terribly wrong. Shot in a home-movie-on-the road fashion, replete with tour-bus antics and the occasional meltdown, the show is, Vaughn explains, modeled after Buffalo Bill's touring extravaganza, although these guys are probably a lot funnier than Sitting Bull.
