The world breathed a collective sigh of relief when Tara Reid checked into the Promises Rehabilitation Center earlier this month. And despite claims to the contrary, her stay has been just like everyone else's.

According to FOX Pop Tarts, there have been rumors floating around the gossip mill (thanks to Star magazine) that the "American Pie" actress has received special treatment from the rehab clinic, including a complementary stay and the forgoing of her belongings being searched.
