Elizabeth Berkley - who we all know as Jessie Spano from Saved by the Bell and who recently appeared as the host of Bravo's Step It Up & Dance (which I thought was under appreciated and quite entertaining) - will be joining The L Word for a multi-episode arc.
Turns out that Berkley and L Word star Jennifer Beals are friends in real-life. They also co-starrred together in the 2002 comedy, Rodger Dodger.
Berkeley will be playing a friend of Beals' character from college.

Oh God no. This is a mistake....I will have to put my faith in the producers' decision here but I'm thinking a big fat "NO".
As much as I think Elizabeth is a beautiful woman, her role as Bette's "friend" from college worries me. I'm a crazy Tina/Bette fan and I personally believe that they have been through enough to let anyone tear them apart again!
