Brothers & Sisters actor Balthazar Getty (who I already thought played the most useless character on the otherwise superb show) has been spotted getting friendly with actress Sienna Miller. Pictures are all over the gossip sites.

Problem is, he's married (with 4 children, no less)!

Well, today, Getty finally acknowledged that he and his wife are splitting up. However, there are discrepancies from Getty and Miller's "our affair started after the separation" story and the one from Getty's wife, who claims otherwise.

Either way, I see an ugly divorce ahead of us...
