One of many celebrities traveling on New Year's Day, Charlize Theron was spotted arriving at LAX International Airport along with her mother Gerda and boyfriend Stuart Townsend.
The "Italian Job" actress looked a bit worn out from her New Year's Eve festivities as she pushed a luggage cart to her car, sporting a grey newsboy cap, grey jacket, and grey v-neck shirt.
