Four Christmases

The Story:

Brad and Kate have spent the last three years of their relationship avoiding their families. They are happy going on far away vacations instead of seeing their parents over Christmas. When their flight to Fiji is cancelled, Brad and Kate must force themselves to endure his dad, her mom, his mom, and her dad. All in one day.

My Review:

It was an enjoyable movie. Nothing to scream about, but a fun watch for sure. There were several laugh out loud scenes with both characters. It does end very predictably though. Personally, I would have been happy if they had resolved their issues without coming to the universal 'start a family' conclusion. If you know me, then you know that I don't exactly share that view, so I'm a little bias. It is a good enough movie to at least rent with some friends and share some popcorn.
