The latest Woody Allen movie "Vicky Cristina Barcelona" is already making quite a splash in the film industry. And last night (August 6), Penelope Cruz was glamming up the New York City premiere.
The "Blow" actress showed up outside of Cinema 2 in Manhattan looking sexy in a fringed-out black minidress with a long black jacket and a pair of black peep-toe heels.
