    well i saw the video link you posted and she like sorta apoligized but she ... this is hard to explain i mean in the first place when miley made that pardory video of selena and demi they weren't mocking them or being mean but miley said if selena and demi thought they were being mean or something she's super sorry. so she sorta did apoligize but really she didn't mean to be mockish
