Neve Campbell is set to return for a fourth 'Scream' film.
The actress - who played heroine Sidney Prescott in the first three films - is said to be returning to the franchise in a cameo role alongside co-stars Courteney Cox and David Arquette, who played Gale Weathers and Dewey Riley respectively.
Director Wes Craven is believed to be returning to direct while Kevin Williamson - who wrote the first two 'Scream' films - is set to write a draft of the script.
The new film is also said to be a "younger" take on the previous movies.
Neve has previously said she is not interested in reprising her role.
She said: "We were really lucky with the Scream films to actually make a good trilogy, I think it's very challenging to find other films that have done that properly, but I think it was a good idea for me to stop there."
