ABC is developing a TV version of the Jennifer Lopez flick "Maid in Manhattan".
Lopez is set to executive produce.
The show will be an hour-long dramedy and according to TV Guide:
"The lead will remain a young Latina from the Bronx struggling with her life while working in a Manhattan hotel, but the show will center on the relationships with her coworkers."
If I recall, Maid in Manhattan was not a particularly good film. Can it do any better as a TV show?
