It's widely known that Niki is not dead. Look at the 2 minute promo for Villains that has been released. I just don't know how she survived that explosion without her ability, even with it she shouldn't had survived it... But I guess Volume Three will explain that all.
I can't believe that someone thought that a blurry clip of a woman taking off her clothes was damning evidence that Niki was still alive. If you watch the whole 2 minute promo you will see a close up of Niki...or at least the actress that plays Niki.
But let's remember a few facts: 1) Niki has multiple personalities...that might have played a factor. 2) You may have notices that quite a bit of time travel goes on in this show.
All we know for sure is that next season is going to be awesome.

Well, after visiting spoilerfix.com, Niki apparently IS dead. But that Tracy and Niki must be connected.
