I SOOOOOO loved DC. I have truly missed seeing Pacey and I'm so glad that Joshuah is making a comeback in Fringe. In fact, I was never really a big fan of James Van der Beek, I always thought JJ was much more hot, in that teenage kind of way...
And if you get a chance to watch the best 100 songs of the 90's on VH1 they interview Paula Cole, because "I don't want to Wait" is one of the best songs and evidently she had some babies and does children's music now. I saw her in concert one year, probably 1995 at a huge non-lilith fair festival in Dallas Tx and she really has such a beautiful voice.
I too rather enjoyed Dawson's Creek and watched it through its bitter end (when it was barely about Dawson, because let's face it, nobody cared).
First 2 seasons were the best though...

Personally i'm a DJ (dawson and joey) ccause they were meant to be from the beginning - then there was the whole Pacey thing - NO!!!!! Pacey and Joey? And also they end up together at the end don't they? Even Joey admits that Dawson's her soulmate yet she chooses Pacey anyway!
Yeah im not over the horrible finale yet!! Its a shame when two people who love each other so much cant be together!! (just cuz the writers want to be unpredictable!!)
It was in the special features of the season 6 dvd that it was a last minute thing,the initial plan was Joey choosing Dawson,but no!!! :( they wanted to show that sometimes friendship is stronger and beyond love.
Dawson was robbed and so were we!!! :(
I love Pacey but somehow I find Dawson more gorgeous!! And did anyone else notice how sexy James got in season 5??!!! In the end i just felt that Joey dint deserve Dawson.She screwed up things everytime they were goin good!!
My favourite seasons were the first two,when it was more about Dawson and Joey and less about the million characters that came in later!
But i adore the series.i watched it through my late teen years and still do!! :P
Eh, I was actually a fan of the finale. I know I know, I'm weird. But as for Joey ending up with Pacey, the show was (for the first couple seasons, and the last 1 or 2) autobiographical. I remember reading before the show came out (hey, we kept a TV guide in the bathroom when I was growing up) that "wunderkind" Kevin Williamson fresh of his popularity from Scream (yeah, I'm dating myself hardcore here) was having a show come out based on his youth.....so the end was predictable.....up to the culmination with Dawson getting to meet with Stephen Spielberg and making it in the movie industry. And it would make sense for the character based on him not to end up with the girl.......Dawson (Kevin) is openly gay.
