Teen sensation Miley Cyrus was spotted near Toluca Lake in Hollywood hanging out with her sister Brandi Cyrus on Feb. 11th.
The pair looked to be in a good mood as they exited Starbucks sipping coffee and then got into their car, chatting all the way. With so many messed up stars and star siblings these days (think Paris and Barron, Britney and Jamie Lynn), its good to see these sisters having a wholesome image.
