House ep15 Unfaithful - Did I miss something?

before i start i must admit i watched this episode in clusters within a time space of about 4 days

yet i feel like i missed something with cameron telling cuddy to tell house....tell him what?

house drinking an playing piano (which i actually can imagine him doing every night but they only show it if it has a significance, obviously), n it just all seemed so sad n kinda gave me a blind upset where it made me feel slightly down but i didn't really understand y!?

can somone fill me in please

cuddy went to cameron and cameron saw that she (cuddy) did want house there, so cameron told cuddy to ask house in sincerity, but she didnt and regretted it.
