So the show ran long, but overall I rather enjoyed it! Hugh Jackman actually did do a superb job hosting (our 10th sure thing; overall we were 9 for 10!) - his opening routine was clever and fun and demonstrated a whole range of talent that Jackman possesses beyond playing Wolverine (that I bet many of you never even realized he had) - watch it here! Even though the show dragged on at the end just a little, as a whole it seemed largely less excruciatingly slow than in years' past.
