Good news for 24 fans! Executive producer Howard Gordon has just confirmed the eighth season is most definitely coming - and soon!
Says Gordon, "We're gearing up for a May start date. I'm with the writers now just putting our heads together, coming up with an idea. Unless we fail to come up with an idea that's satisfactory, you'll see an eighth season." Holler!

o dang!!!!! they are putting the next season out really quick!!!!! no complaints here though!!! lol.
I think it's good because 7 was so late.
another season? im not sure if im really all that excited about it. dont get me wrong, i love 24, its one of the best shows on TV..but i just feel like the originality the show had until season 6 has kinda gotten lost this season. i feel like the writers are just reusing old material but putting a slightly different spin on it. im loving all the new characters this season and im loving that they brought tony almeida back...but i feel like the originality that was 24 has lost its momentum along the way...unless the writers come up with something fantastic from here on...im not really sure how great the next season will be...
yes I agree with strawberry....but eventhough.... my thing is 24 still here that i am always looking forward everyweek rather than nothing .....I love to see in the coming episode if some of the characters of season 1&2 will come back...whats up with Jacks'daughter now?.....
