It's already March and still no return of Robin Hood. Does that mean BBC canceled it? I went to the homepage and they are no longer updating it. So if somebody could give me a definite answer that would be great.

Shows in Britain don't work on the same schedule as American television. There are sometimes years in between seasons. I'm pretty sure that the show has been renewed for a third season, and they are either filming or finished filming, but after that the actor who plays Robin is leaving. Although, I heard they still want to keep the show going after that.
I did just read 'Spring 2009' though, and I think now it is March, they're pushing it back? Maybe more 'Summer'? Actually, any news would be good, the same with Ashes to Ashes, I can't wait for either! I know if I was home I'd be looking out for the trailers already..
I didn't know Jonas Armstrong is going to leave after this season?? That would be a shame :( still could be just as fun with a new guy though, you never know.
On Wikipedia, it says that it's returning next week, March 28!!!
do u really trust everything wikipedia sayz?
In this case wikipedia is actually right. I just looked on the BBC website and it says "Brand new series of Robin Hood starts 28th March 2009, 18:50 on BBC One." I am so happy about this thank you all for the updates
yep, it's on this saturday over here. Unfortunately the prime time slot for saturday night on bbc one is reserved to reality tv dancing shows for the winter months and they don't put scripted dramas up till spring.
