i've just realized the same thing..
for some reason he/she is editing all these links for no reason..
and is adding his/her links.
once again i think editing/removing links rights should be earned and not just given to everyone

I totally agree with you and Sidereel should charge from websites owners to put links there if they are spamming a lot. I will be your first Customer if you think my links will stay here forever. So if Sidereel is listening to me. Contact Me and we can discuss.
and you know what? some admins seem not to care about this. im gonna tell you something: i used to be a mod, and because some spammers acussed me when i locked pages, admins just said to me that i was abusing the site. so i'd gladly lock the page, but im unable anymore. maybe with this post they're gonna pay more atention. cheers!
i hope so.. if you have a look into the link history on this page this guy must have of at least deleted 50 links on Season 4 Episode 11 - Head Cheese in order to keep his link the only link for this episode.
i love sidereel but permissions should be sorted out here.
i agree. why can't sidereel hire some moderators for removing links instead of giving everyone this facility. everytime i wanna watch something i either not see good links and if i found a good link, the next day it disappears bcoz of some freak like funnyguy. i guess a lot of people will agree to become moderators to run this site perfectly. I love sidereel but this is annoying and can be a big disadvantage in near future for sidereel, if they will not take it seriously. And only thing we will see in near future spam sites links of funny shunny guys.
Some one is also adding this link: jitty.com. It's a fake. It asks you to download a media player upgrade and come with a virus and/or spy ware. I agree not just anyone should be able to add or remove links, but I think it would be difficult to keep shows up to date without other peoples links. It's a 50-50 kinda thing. This is the only site I use to watch shows so I wouldn't be able to add more links but I would be more than happy to keep an eye out for fake or Zango links and delete them.
I couldn't agree more with all of you. I'm trying to keep my links to www.dakotablogs.com up and it seems everytime I turn around someone has deleted them. Finding a good quality site with no broken links is hard, one of the main reasons why "DakotaBlogs" is something I've started to put "TV Shows" on as it used to be a blog site (I might start that back up again...blogging that is..).
I'm totally up for Sidereel charging for link submissions.... I'd also be a customer. I personally hate the sites that make you jump through hoops just to get to what you want. On my site the ONLY thing I have for a download is a "Custom Toolbar" which will help me notify users that I've posted a new TV Show - in the event that my link keeps getting removed from Sidereel.
Love the site... clean, easy and fun to use.... spammers just make it very frustrating and gives too much power to the wrong people.
This is crazy... I've been adding my link topcomedyshows.com for more than 5 times in this one hour only. Everytime I come to Sidereel and check the link, it's gone.

I agree with you Lebital, i know once you used to lock pages when the episode airs. But when we send a complement some mods adds the link and some doesn't. That is the problem with sidereel.
Mods are given so many freedom, there should be a facility about reporting mods who doesn't add other links and makes sure that his/her link stays at the top every time.
Moreover the deleting ability should be taken out from normal users like me. Only mods should be given the removing links feature.
But at any case people like Funnyguy should be banned from sidereel.
