Has Scrubs lost its magic?

After watching the Latest episode of scrubs, after the month long break, i cant help but feel that the show has accepted it may not have a 9th season.

With "JD" leaving at the end of the series, it feels as if the writers on s8 episode 11 had no fresh ideas, it just wasnt as enjoyable as other episodes.


Its a shame, because if this is the beggining of the end of Scrubs, the last few episodes should be some of the best.

    they already said over a month back this was the final season there won't be a 9th season, the series final episode airs on may 6

    yea it has lost some of its magic but thats because they have to tie everything up with all the characters so it wont all be about JD, Elliot, Turk, Dr Cox and Carla as much. that episode was all about the lead up to the janitors wedding but im sure once the time comes for Jd and Elliot again itl be amazing but we might have to wait until near the end because theres still Ted to tie up and im sure other things but im going to miss it once its gone because it is in my favourite show ever.

    I liked the latest episode very much. Scrubs has evolved over the seasons and i like what it has become.

    not many series can hold their level of funiness over the time and this episode made me laugh a lot of times.

    I also like how the characters develop.


    It's for sure that scrubs will end after this season and considering this I think it's only logic that they have to end those side-stories one after another to make it a clean series-finale.


    Just sad that so many series end in may.. not only scrubs.

    will make june a very boring month...

    Scrubs has gotten even better over the years however season 8 (not that it isn't bad) has focused too much on either the interns or the patients, I'm glad it's finishing this series but it would have been best if it had finished on a high like series 6. The only really good episode was My Comedy Show


    "There will now be a short intermission" LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
