"New Boss" - s05e18

OMG, I felt something sad was going to happen in this episode.


You know when they interview the characters individually and there's usually a window behind them... this time you could see that it was a miserable rainy day outside! Then there was that new VP (i.e. the new boss), he was just behaving like a brick wall throughout the episode. He wasn't at all keen on the branch's work "culture"... and poor Jim got caught in that vortex too.


Let's see what's in store next time... maybe the end of The Office is close :(

    I thought this was a comedy show not a drama. Nothing was really in this episode.

    i thought it was hilarious.


    "What is a two way petting zoo?" Jim: "You pet the animals, they pet you back." Micheal Scott: "It's a great idea."

    Well yeah, there were the funny jokes but they stop being funny when i thought about the big picture:

    - Is Micheal definitely quitting? I don't think he'll get hired in another company...

    - Will Jim's terrible first impression on Charles lead to his transfer or him leaving the company?

    - How about Jim and Pam's marriage?


    I wasn't a big fan of the original version of The Office, the UK version, so i don't know whether something similar happened there...
