no dialogue on CBS shows

I DVRd "The Big Bang Theory" & "The Mentalist" & both times all I received via audio was the background sounds-no dialogue! What's with CBS? I don't have problems with any other channel when I DVR.

    From what I can gather, this is an issue with CBS and their logo, and people are aware of the problem (http://www.dbstalk.com/showthread.php?t=154996). It's evidently changing channels or something? You might want to look at that thread and see if there is something you can set differently on your DVR. I'm clueless about it beyond what I read, but you might be able to get help there if you get stuck.

    Thanks for the tip. I'm going to try to re-set my access card--maybe that will help.
