He's Back!

::spoiler warning::

wow, michael, where'd you get the stones to execu-talk david like that? oh, and did charles get fired? like right there? it was one of michaels terms, but then he conceded on that for pam. soooooo, yea, is charles gone or is he still michaels boss? honestly i dont dislike his character, but i cant see how he and michael can co-exist within the same company. i mean, michel is still gonna be michael, and he will do something to get himself 'fire-able' soon enough, and charles doesnt seem the backing down type.

so yea, i will say this was a pretty good episode ('sides that one nagging question). i thought the blue/white shirt color coordination could have been more subtle (or more complex, like MSPC subtlety all warring green, david and jim on blue, charles and dwight on white, (and jim also warring green)). i wanna say that i supected when they picked him up at the bowling alley that ryan never went to tialand. i also wish there were more moments where charles finds out just how crazy dwight is, that had allot more potential.

oh, and HOORAY, MICHAELS BACK IN CARGE!

    oh, if charles continues on, you think jim will have his number like they let him have in this one? after all the honest attempts that lovable (if lazy) jim made that charles shot down ... i just wanna see more of jim's clever commentary. all they gave us was "aww, but you didnt." i loved that, it was "you backed the wrong horse" and "got your number, kiss-ass" with "your boss likes me more then you" sprinkles on top. i just would wanna see more of that if charles sticks around.

    The actor who plays Charles was only signed on for 6 episodes, so it's unlikely that he'll be back. It was hilarious when Michael halted his farewells at the end though.

    I heard charles would actually keep the position, if you remember David said he wouldn't fire Charles because he was too valuable so I'm assuming he'll keep Janice's job without the visits but yea it seems his time is up on the show. It seems to be the Scranton curse that all the vice presidents become obsessed with the branch we'll see how it turns out.
