Dont add links that...

Just a quick heads up. Stop ading links that take you to sites that make you download smileys and fill your pc with JUNK, and not even play the video.

Stop it.

As an additional comment, please do not add links to incomplete episodes!

There's a new trend for megavideo links to be only part of the episode. It's super annoying, and wastes a lot of our time. You can tell the partial episode by the message at the top of the video, where it says "for complete episode go to -----.com".

    Stop that as well!

their incredibly annoying, there should be some kind of blacklist of sites on sidereel that stop them from being posted as links especially sites such as ninjavideo that try to get people to download software packed with adware, spyware, malware, trojans and general rubbish that clogs up your computer.

SideReel does ban sites that are just plain spam, use zango, or CPA Lead, or anything else that blocks you from viewing the video without downloading, paying, or giving personal info.

The difference with ninjavideo is that unlike most sites that ask you to download something, all they ask is that you open their extra tool that doesn't download anything onto your computer, just opens a browser tool that makes the videos run, and when you do this, they are very high quality, good working videos. SideReel is not associated with ninjavideo or any other video sites, but there are a select few sites that just have an extra step like that that are in fact still good sites.

But if you're unsure if it's good or not, please report it to us to check out before you download or fill anything out so we can check out if it's spam or not. If you see a site that's clearly spam or is otherwise suspicious or bad, please report it to our team at spamsucks@sidereel.com and we'll check it out and ban it if it does indeed violate our Link Adding Guidelines or Spam Guidelines.

    Thanks!

Seriously, Ive removed links that lead you to crap...One included a link with a virus. And yet I get notifications telling me that this is a bannable offense...Go ahead. Ban me, emails are easy to come by and so are accounts. Make sure your links are lagit. and wont harm peoples computers!

the people who post the links are probably the same ones who run the sites or are associated with the ones who run those sites.
