supernatural season finale review

| loading

well if you don't want to find out what happens tonight don't read this. Lucifer is coming and Sam kills Lilith and yes ruby is bad and has been lying all along to Sam Tito.anyway dean was lied to about stopping the Apocalypse cause the two angels actually want it to happen they don't see any other way of stopping it.anyhow the end of the episode you see dean and Sam back together and Lucifer rising and it ends that's it. the only big news is Sam is not Lucifer and he is not bad and Lilith is actually the final seal, and the fact that castiel helps dean try to stop it means that he interfered with a direct order which in turn means he is now on heavens bad graces and an archangel has been sent to kill him. well there you have it till next season adios

Actually an Arch angels wasn't so much "sent" to kill him, but heaven obviously thought he was now a liability and decided that he was dangerous to the prophet (The Archangel is tied to the Prophet).

Apparently Cas is coming back in Season 5, which I'm so grateful for.

And I'm going to meet Misha Collins, Jared and Jensen, and even more of the cast when I go to the convention in less than 2 weeks. Completely ecstatic!

I expected more from this finale, but I wasn't disappointed in the slightest. Kinda wanted to see Lucifer. And a Winchester hug. But them touching was good enough I guess.

So crap now that we're going to have to wait for the next season.

Oooh and glad they carried on the tradition of "Carry on my wayward son" :D

I really love the finale. Yell at the TV telling Sam to open the dam door. Ruby i knew she was bad news. Glad that they took care of her tonight. Real shocker that the angels were up to no good. Can't wait to season five to see how the brothers will work out there differences. And yes Carry on my wayward son is always awesome.

Uh, the said in the Episode where they revealed the Prophet that the Archangel is sent when someone tries to change what the Prophet has written, didn't they? So its not so much heaven sent it to kill him, but the normal reaction. And the finale was great, the only thing I didn't really like was where he ALMOST has a change of heart. He hears Dean, starts coming to his sense, then Lilith says Monster and he goes and proves her right. Tsk tsk.

not to rain on anyones parade, but the way this season went I get the feeling like the 5th season is definately the last, i mean where do you go after heaven vs. hell? sure they could drag it out for 2 more seasons but i dont think they will. I found this

i loved the season finale!! i had no idea that things were going to go down the way they did. I knew Ruby must have been evil and I'm glad that Dean killed her at the end. Does anyone know when they new season starts?

So does anyone think that Azazel and Lilith were actually working together and Ruby only pretended to be working against Lilith, or was Azazel actually setting Lilith up? Since they're now both dead I guess it's a bit academic but I've been curious for a long time now. Just makes you wonder what the demonic politicking looked like. I would especially like to know how Azazel was working all of this because if he actually set Lilith up that means that he has been pulling strings from beyond the grave and that just makes him absolutely awesome. The sense however is that he probably was working with Lilith and they were just driving Sam into a rut making it look like she wanted to kill him when in fact she was getting ready for him to kill her.

Im pretty sure that lilith and yellow eyes were working together.

im curious to how season 5 will play out, now that the apocalypse is here & lucifer, also the top level demons are dead. i think perhaps sam & dean die in season 5, maybe thats how they stop lucifer..... who knows, i can't wait now :) & im glad Misha Collins is in season 5 too ! yay! he rocks.

Awsome season finale. I really enjoyed it, well it was a little bit predictable that Dean wouldn't make it in time to stop Sam and that Lucifer would rise, but non the less a great finale.

Now i'm curious to know how will the brothers escape from Lucifer...because i supose that if Dean is going to kill him, as it is written, he isn't going to do it right away.
