It finally happened. What we've all been waiting for, dying to know.... the goat was back! The only question remaining, after such a build up -was it as good for you?
I think they built the goat up too much. It lingered so long I forgot the reason it was there, but then thinking back it was just used for a set up in a previous season to say that Robin was living with Ted. So wasn't really bothered by it and thought the episode was a bit weak. Hopefully the story will really get some MEAT when he actually meets his future wife and the mother of his kids in this architecture class he's teaching.
It was pretty weak...especially after the build up...but i mean...what else could they really do with a goat? I dont know...it just felt like the writers hadnt really thought it through when they first brought up the goat so they kinda had to wing it...and they did the best that they could...i guess...

Actually for me it was kinda meh. It wasn't bad...but there wasn't really much of a story. Just a quick gag.
Ted's intense fight scene with the goat made me grin, but the nurse/doctor's comment "Remember... Bahhh means baaahhh," made me laugh the most. :)
i liked the episode a lot. And there wasnt much they could have done with the goat tho .
