What is the best crime drama?

I have never really watched detective/murder dramas as they have never really captured my interest. However i have decided that maybe i had been too quick to dismiss them.

Which Crime/detective/murder dramas do people recommend?

The Mentalist, Bones,Criminal Minds , NCIS, Law and Order:SVU.

Are the shows I recommend. ^^

Bones all the way...I am by no means a crime drama/procedural show person, but the writing and character development in Bones has rocketed it up to one of my favorite tv shows! Plus it has a sense of humor!

I'd say Criminal Minds... It's the only crime show that kept me hooked. XD

It has humor, drama, action, intellectual contents and maybe even romance :)...

i would definitely recommend it :)

I would definitely have to agree with Criminal Minds. I'm actually going through and watching it from the beginning again and it's addicting. Also, Bones is a good one plus it has a lot of humor in it!

Dexter is another really good crime drama with some really good comedy.

Criminal Minds, NCIS, Bones and Medium are the four I recommend.
Criminal Minds is just plain freakin' awesome.
NCIS is the funniest crime show I have ever watched.
Bones I have just recently started watching but I think it's cool.
Medium is a sci fi as well as a crime show but I love it anyway :)

I recommend Criminal Minds.
There is not other crime drama i recommend, i haven´t finished season 4 because i just started watching it on january... the last episode i watch was amplification and it was quite good and i hope season finale be at least that good.
CM has humor, the script is really good, and the quotes at the beginnig or ending in the episode are something that makes CM special.

BTW which is the best episode?
my favourite episode is Ridding the lightning (season 1 episode 14).

Criminal Minds is the best one as far as I am concerned. Don't care for the Csi's, but love CM.
