    Well this is a typical teen show, there are only so many story lines that can be had.. I am pretty sure every teen show that has ever been aired has probably included such story lines as; best friends, love triangles, pregnancies and pregnancy scares, cheating, illegal behaviour, ex-girlfriends/boyfriends etc etc etc. And besides, 90210 (original) was first aired in the 90's so if any show was 'copying' (which is highly unlikely) I suppose it would be Gossip Girl.

    If so, then Gossip Girl stole from The OC, and The OC stole from so and so... and someone stole from the original 90210...


    plus most of those comparisons were retarded.

    yha the storyline has similarities but the acting????GG way much better than 90210. so far its only Annie that give me an impression in the finale when she told Naomi...'screw you Naomi' and walked out....but n GG,,i think lots of good acting piece esp n Blair's character,,,

    I have to say, you don't have my support in the stolen storyline issue... Love triangles are a staple in teen shows (hello, Dawson's Creek, One Tree Hill, Felicity - I can go on and on and on). So I think it's a bit farfetched to say that they stole storylines...


    That issue aside, 90210 sucks. I would know, I LOVE teen drama, and I'll watch anything, but oh, does 90120 bore me to tears. Characters are poorly developed, and except for the grownups, acting is poor... The UES crew can teach those kids a thing or two. The quality of the show overall is lacking.


    I really like Gossip Girl. I have to say the show has come together a lot better since season 2 started, and all the way till the season finale.

    totally agree with broody22. and is having a bf in real life is a 'scandal that 90210 copied'? that doesn't make sense.

    CW r going to regret continuing 90210 this year, i mean seriously it sucks specially when they cancelled amazing shows such as privileged and Everybody hates Chris :(
