30 Rock: The IT Destination For a Guest-Starring Role

Funnyman Will Arnett will be making another appearance.

And now...Oprah Winfrey is in final talks to guest star in the second 30 Rock episode of the season.

If you recall, creator/star Tina Fey had previously joked that she wanted Oprah to play her best friend on the program.
