Torchwood season 3 is going to be a continuous 5-parter. I am a little disappointed about this, as i was looking forward to a complete new series, but I am also reeeeeallly excited to see whats gonna happen! Can't wait!

    Why does the BBC take 2 really popular shows and cut their series down to less than half the normal episodes. It just doesn't make sense to slow down when the shows are as such.

    Its because it take 9 month of production for both of the t.v shows and they have been doing it now for four years, so they need a break. Also the producers have just left, so they are finding replacements in the meantime.

    I just finished discovering Torchwood; And, I love it! I look forward to a 3rd Season. Though I agree with the questionable number of episodes for the third season. I think that the team should have known who was going to leave at least when the second season began. People leave from t.v. series all the time, they higher new people and move on.
